completely satisfied with everything you purchase from the StitchWithUs.com
website. If, for any reason, you're not delighted with your purchase, just return it (except for personalized items) in
"new" condition within 14 days. We'll promptly provide a
refund less shipping charges.
Returns or exchanges for embroidered items are subject to a 25% restocking fee (except in the
case of manufacturing defects). Unembroidered returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee.
There is no restocking fee for unembroidered exchanges.
We regret that
personalized items cannot be returned unless there is a manufacturing
defect. To make a return, please contact Customer
Service to request return instructions. In your e-mail please be
sure to include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and
the reason for the return.
Products must
be returned in their original packaging with all tags attached. Products
that have been exposed to a smoking environment or that show damage
other than from manufacturing defects will not be accepted. Please
allow 2 to 4 weeks for returns to be processed.
